I want to thank every voter who braved that chilly election day to come out and vote. We had a very strong voter turnout in Brentwood and across this state. I appreciate all the support from so many of you which helped get the message out about my positions and record so that residents of Brentwood, Danville, and Fremont could place their confidence in me to represent them in Concord for another two years. I am hopeful about the direction of the State House with the new majority in both houses and thankful for being elected to help keep the tax burden down while we come out of this difficult time.

This holiday season is going to be particularly disruptive since traveling to see family and friends is hampered and people and businesses are struggling to make ends meet. With that in mind, try to practice patience and understanding as this year has affected each person and family differently. I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
